Yahoo! User Experience Design Team is Hiring

Yahoo! User Experience Design Team is organizing a UI design challenge,
followed by an interview in Mumbai on 27th and 28th Oct 2006.

If you are an Interaction Designer or Visual Designer interested in
becoming a part of the 500+ Yahoo! User Experience Design family, you
are invited to submit your solutions to our design challenge. Based on
the submissions and screening, interviews by appointment will be
conducted on the above mentioned dates for candidates from in and around
Mumbai/Pune. For candidates from other locations, a telephonic interview
will be arranged for.

Design Challenge - The Avant-garde Inbox
Web 2.0 is an idea that has revolutionized the World Wide Web’s user
experience and user participation over the past few years. While users
all over the world have embraced the many branches of this new
generation web: blogs, social networking, photo sharing, social
bookmaking, video streams etc., there are many avenues of this new web
paradigm that are brimming with possibilities of fresh design
intervention. So all you creative minds out there, how will you picture
a new web email system powered with web 2.0 concepts?
