Will India want an experienced service provider/infrastructure builder for WI-MAX who are swiftly bringing about WI-FI lifestyle/culture into Taiwan, Kampuchea, Brunei, Indonesia. This ‘consortium’ has the ‘ability’ to organise within weeks through their unique marketing plan the funds required to expedite structure building and eventually subscriber-based service provision.
