I’ve written and host an emulator, or perhaps more of a testing tool, called Premus. It allows you to choose your phone and any extra headers and transforms the response into HTML that you can browse in any web browser. It doesn’t try to make the output look like in a phone but instead focuses on being a development tool, with validation and “view source”, currently handling the formats WML, XHTML MP, cHTML and (Vodafone’s) PML.

Give it a go on http://code.dlade.net/premus/emu/

It would be more appropriate to say that this is a version of YoSpace’s emulator that dotMobi kindly provides to have an idea of how mobile sites look like.

David’s emulator is a great tool for developers, on the other side.
