		<description>There were many definitions floating around for web 2.0 also. Then Time magazine kind of put things in perspective for the mass market with their "You" person of the year nomination. Hence, I feel the same applies to the mobile space - mobile 2.0 is about user generated content. Social networks are a subset of UGC. The technology behind UGC is not 2.0 - its only an enabler.</description>
