According to VASJobs.com Blog, employers have started hiring. Although at slower pace but they have started saying bye to recession and layoffs and are now shaking hands with new employees.
VAS companies have started hiring for replacements and started filling up 2-10 years experience candidates. VAS Comapnies like IMI Mobile,ComViva,One97,Hungama,Mauj,Nazara, OnMobile, Phoneytunes have started recruitments. Some of these companies are expanding globally majorly in Middle East & Africa markets and hence recruitment activities have started.
With new Telecom operators aggressive on rolling out, requirement for Telco’s have gone up and there is a huge requirement in this sector.
Salaries are going to be stable at this moment and companies have lot of options to pick the right professional. I expect the January quarter to be more action oriented as hiring goes up.
